Sleep, sport and screens in young children: what the SerOCoV-Kids study reveals

"Nearly a third of children and teenagers do not meet health recommendations."

An analysis of data from the SEROCoV-Kids study shows that between 20% and 30% of children and teenagers aged between 3 and 17 do not comply with recommendations on health behaviour (screen time, physical activity, sleep). These results are a wake-up call, and underline the importance of continuing epidemiological surveillance of the health of the very young in order to put in place effective preventive measures.
